The IEEE Task Force on Process Mining awarded to my thesis Applicability of Process Mining Techniques in Business Environments the “Best Process Mining Dissertation Award” for the years 2012-2013.

- Impact for practice is immediate, especially for SME
- High technical depth … implemented and evaluated
